Key Account Specialist

Description - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to promote customer loyalty and retention.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and propose tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance and address any concerns.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to enhance account strategies.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in account management or sales
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Sales Management, Relationship Building, and Customer Relationship Management
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication and negotiation skills, attention to detail, and analytical abilities
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to present ideas and solutions effectively to key stakeholders
