Accounting Associate

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (FS).
- Generate accurate and timely sales reports for management review.
- Record and monitor all financial transactions ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger reconciliations.
- Support payroll processing and ensure correct deductions and disbursements.
- Process payroll for all employees in compliance with company policies and government regulations.
- Ensure timely and accurate computation of salaries, benefits, and deductions.
- Maintain payroll records and address employee payroll inquiries.
- Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts.
- Analyze variances and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and prepare necessary tax filings.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation for audit purposes.
- Work closely with the operations and management teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
- Assist in improving internal financial processes and controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or any Business-Related Course.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in accounting, payroll, bookkeeping, or finance-related work is an advantage.
- Knowledgeable in accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and work effectively in a team environment.
