Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Open to fresh graduates or candidates with minimal experience
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and accounts payable processes
- Able to handle invoice processing, payment tracking, and vendor coordination
- Knowledge of record-keeping, filing, and financial documentation
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic accounting software
- Detail-oriented with strong numerical accuracy
- Organized and capable of managing multiple tasks under deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Willing to work onsite at 130-A 6th St., 7th Ave., East Grace Park, Caloocan City
Job Description
- Process and record vendor invoices and payments accurately
- Verify payment requests, supporting documents, and approvals
- Maintain organized accounts payable records and reports
- Assist in reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies
- Coordinate with vendors regarding payment schedules and inquiries
- Support the finance team in preparing reports and summaries for management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Perform other finance or administrative tasks as assigned
