Key Account Specialist

Description - Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and promote additional products/services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet the needs of key accounts effectively.
- Analyze sales data and account performance metrics to drive decision-making.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in account management or a similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
