Client Acquisition Specialist (Remote, Commission-Based)

We are a growing recruitment and consulting firm based in Los Angeles, dedicated to connecting businesses with top IT talent and providing strategic workforce solutions. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Client Acquisition Specialist to join our team and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Prospect new clients through networking, cold outreach, and digital channels. Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers across industries. Develop tailored proposals and present recruitment/consulting solutions. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Qualifications Proven track record in client acquisition, building client relationships, digital marketing expertise, business development, or sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Experience in recruitment, HR, or consulting services is a plus. Ability to thrive in a commission-based structure with flexible hours. Compensation Commission-based earnings with high-income potential. Flexible work schedule with remote opportunities. Growth opportunities as the firm expands.
