The Opportunity:

🌟 Are you highly organized and detail-oriented when it comes to handling marketing data? We’re looking for a Marketing Data Analyst who will focus exclusively on producing clear, accurate, and insightful weekly and monthly client reports . This role plays a critical part in keeping clients informed about their campaign performance across major platforms.

You’ll work directly with internal teams to consolidate performance metrics from Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Analytics, Shopify, and HubSpot , and transform that data into client-ready reports that tell a meaningful story.

Your Mission:

• Client Reporting Specialist 📊 : Create and deliver weekly and monthly performance reports for clients with a focus on accuracy and clarity
• Platform Data Consolidator 🔗 : Gather and consolidate campaign data from Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Shopify, and HubSpot
• Insights Communicator 🗣️ : Present performance metrics in a clear, digestible format that enables clients to understand campaign results at a glance
• Data Accuracy Champion ✅ : Double-check all reports for accuracy and consistency before submission
• Template Manager 📚 : Create and maintain standardized reporting templates for efficient and consistent reporting
• Process Improver 🛠️ : Identify opportunities to streamline the reporting process for faster delivery without sacrificing quality
• Internal Collaborator 🤝 : Work closely with account managers and internal stakeholders to align reporting timelines and expectations

Who You Are:

• Marketing Reporting Specialist 📊 : 2+ years of experience in marketing data reporting or a similar reporting-focused role
• Platform Pro 🛠️ : Proficient in pulling performance data from Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Shopify, and HubSpot
• Detail-Oriented 📅 : Highly organized with strong attention to detail to ensure clean, professional reports
• Client Communicator 🌟 : Able to present data clearly to account managers and stakeholders for client-facing delivery
• Tools Familiar 🧰 : Skilled in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) for manual report building; familiarity with Google Data Studio is a plus
• Deadline-Driven 🕒 : Able to manage multiple reporting schedules and meet strict deadlines
• Continuous Learner 📚 : Interested in staying updated on new reporting tools and features within key marketing platforms
