Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead and manage complex projects from initiation to completion. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget — while aligning with organizational goals and maintaining the highest standards of quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Initiation

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Define project scope and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
• Establish project governance and approval processes.

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Assemble and lead cross-functional project teams.
• Clearly communicate project goals, roles, and responsibilities.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through regular updates and meetings.
• Facilitate effective collaboration between team members and stakeholders.

Project Execution & Monitoring

• Oversee day-to-day project activities to ensure adherence to plans.
• Track progress against milestones and deadlines.
• Manage budgets and control project costs.
• Identify and resolve issues promptly; adjust plans as needed to meet objectives.

Risk Management & Issue Resolution

• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and respond to risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Escalate critical issues to senior management when necessary.
• Document lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and organizational policies.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements.

Communication & Reporting

• Prepare and deliver regular project status reports.
• Maintain clear, consistent communication with all stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings and document project progress, decisions, and changes.

Project Closing & Evaluation

• Ensure completion and approval of all project deliverables.
• Conduct closeout meetings and compile final project reports.
• Document lessons learned and best practices.
• Transition project outputs to operational teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 5+ years of proven experience managing complex projects end-to-end.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
