Sales Virtual Assistant

About the Role The Global Sourcing Group is looking for a motivated and reliable Sales VA to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent English communication skills who enjoy assisting customers, building relationships, and working in a fast-paced environment. While a sales background is an advantage, we also welcome candidates who are eager to learn and grow. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution Build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships Identify sales opportunities and recommend appropriate solutions when applicable Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Meet individual and team performance goals Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience Follow company processes and quality standards Qualifications Excellent English communication skills with an American-sounding accent preferred Currently employed or recently employed (preferred) Reliable attendance with a strong work ethic Eager to learn and continuously improve Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working overnight/graveyard shifts Sales experience is preferred but not required Previous customer service or BPO experience is an advantage What We're Looking For Professional, confident, and customer-focused Strong interpersonal and active listening skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Dependable with consistent attendance Goal-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Able to remain productive during overnight shifts Work Setup Full-Time 100% Onsite JDN IT Center Building 3 & 4, Mandaue City, Cebu Graveyard Shift Why Join Us?
