Counter Sales Assistant

- Engage potential customers via phone to promote products and services.
- Deliver clear and persuasive sales pitches.
- Conduct surveys, promote products, and handle customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Identify and qualify leads for sales opportunities.
- Manage follow-up calls to nurture customer relationships.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Willing to Travel and render overtime if needed
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. Fresh graduates are wlcome
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, attention to detail, interpersonal, computer, and comprehension skills are essential.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, may involve long hours on the phone.
- Qualities and Traits: Outgoing, persuasive, and resilient personality.
- Flexible. This for Cebu and Manila ( Quezon City ) hiring
- No TATTOO, honest and hardworking.
- We prefer long term employment
- Excellent in verbal and written communication skills
- Must know how to use Microsoft functions especially Microsoft Excel
- Must have a good record from previous employment.
- Can work with less supervision
