Position: Administrative Coordinator Company Industry: Construction Work Location: Makati Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Dayshift) Salary: Php 17,000 - Php 25,000 Work Set Up: Work On Site

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree Holder
- At least 1-3 years working experience as administrative staff
- With working experience in accounting is an advantage
- With working experience in government related such
- With working experience in the same industry is an advantage
- Amendable to work on site
- Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor and secure certificates (Business permit, CETI), accounting, payroll, HR, PC settings, administering office supplies and equipment, and delivering documents
- Manage purchase orders, track contract payments, and disburse training funds or assist in payroll.
- Coordinate with the accounting department in maintaining books of accounts, general ledgers, and subsidiary ledgers
- Oversee the preparation of alphalist submissions, withholding taxes, and VAT returns for agencies like the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).
