You'll make a difference by:

• Managing Digital Platforms and User Experience: Enhancing and updating the user experience, functionality, and content of Siemens' external website and internal SharePoint site to ensure an engaging and seamless user journey.
• Monitoring Customer Enquiries and Website Interactions: Reviewing, tracking, and coordinating responses to customer enquiries received through the Siemens Philippines website to support positive customer engagement.
• Supporting Marketing Campaign Planning and Execution: Collaborating with business units, sales teams, and key stakeholders to plan and implement marketing initiatives that support business objectives.
• Coordinating Marketing Events and Communications: Managing pre-event and post-event email campaigns, stakeholder communications, and related activities to support successful marketing programmes and events.
• Driving Employee Engagement Initiatives: Assisting in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities that foster a positive workplace culture and strengthen employee participation.
• Creating Brand and Corporate Communications Content: Drafting press releases and social media content that promote the Siemens brand, enhance visibility, and support corporate communications objectives.

Your defining qualities:

• Currently Pursuing a Relevant Degree: Enrolled in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
• Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills: Able to create clear, engaging, and professional content for various audiences and communication channels.
• Interest in Marketing and Communications: Passionate about digital marketing, content creation, branding, and corporate communications.
• Strong Organisational Skills: Able to manage multiple tasks, coordinate with stakeholders, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative and Proactive Mindset: Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and taking initiative to support marketing and engagement activities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications: Familiarity with SharePoint, website content management systems, email marketing platforms, or social media tools would be an advantage.
