Accounting Intern

Bio 101 Construction
- Record daily financial transactions in accounting software or ledgers.
- Prepare and maintain general journals, ledgers, and subsidiary records.
- Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
- Handle billing, invoicing, and official receipts issuance.
- Monitor collection and follow-up on outstanding accounts.
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and summaries for management.
- Assist in payroll preparation and statutory contributions.
- Maintain and organize official documents, receipts, and financial files.
- Monitor expense reports and reimbursements.
- Assist in budget preparation and expense forecasting.
- Coordinate with auditors, suppliers, and government agencies when needed.
- Ensure compliance with taxation and regulatory requirements (BIR or LGU-related).
- Perform other related accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
- Graduate of Accounting, Finance or related field preferred
- Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance is advantage
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Quickbooks, Xero, SAP, or Excel Based System)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Knowledge of government compliance (VAT, withholding tax, payroll contributions) is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Good analytical and problem solving ability
- Proficiency in MS Excall and other office applications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive financial data
