What You’ll Be Owning

This is a core creative and communications leadership role covering brand consistency, internal messaging distribution, and workflow optimization. You aren't just making things look "pretty"; you are organizing asset composition in a modern way—mastering messaging flow, content structure, and channel distribution to frame a compelling narrative.

You’ll take the lead on:

• Strategic Communications & Content Production: Balancing internal newsletters, company announcements, static visuals, and dynamic media to tell a complete story across multiple divisions.
  

• Dynamic Support: Comfortably jumping into the ticket queue for custom communication and marketing requests while simultaneously supporting the internal team on high-stakes, key deliverables.
  

• Brand Guardianship: Maintaining 100% brand consistency across all digital platforms, internal newsletters, blogs, and external social media channels.
  

• AI Workflow Integration: Implementing AI-enhanced workflows (like ChatGPT and Claude) to draft copy, summarize department updates, eliminate manual tasks, and accelerate delivery.
  

• Digital Asset & Platform Management: Auditing and managing the company’s internal content library and distribution pipelines using HubSpot and internal publishing platforms.
  

• End-to-End Project Execution: Overseeing the communications process from concept to production, ensuring "value bombs" are delivered regularly to all internal and external stakeholders.
  

Requirements

This Role Is a Great Fit If You:

• Are a Visual & Messaging Architect: You have a great ability to organize content and asset composition using advanced elements like clear layout hierarchy, balanced messaging, and engaging imagery to frame content.
  

• Are a Multimedia & Comms Hybrid: You are equally comfortable drafting compelling newsletter copy in HubSpot as you are executing social media content calendars across multiple channels.
  

• Are an AI-Adaptive Operator: You actively use AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude) to improve creative output, draft initial content, and reduce turnaround times.
  

• Have 1–3 years of experience in communications, graphic design, internal messaging, or social media, preferably within a marketing or corporate environment.
  

• Are High-Accountability: You don't need to be chased for updates. You are reliable, run an organized intake system, meet deadlines, and own your mistakes as much as your wins.
  

• Communicate with elite fluency and professional confidence.
