Customer Service Representative

- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Process orders, handle returns, and resolve complaints.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective solutions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and escalate priority issues when necessary.
- Update customer accounts and maintain accurate records in the system.
- Education: At least a high school diploma; college undergraduates or graduates are preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) are required; proficiency in Tagalog is an advantage.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer navigation skills; familiarity with CRM software is a plus; fast and accurate typing required.
- Experience: Previous call center or customer service experience is an advantage, but entry-level applicants and fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Adaptability and quick learning in fast-paced environments.
- In-depth product or service knowledge (training provided).
- Conflict resolution skills to handle customer concerns effectively.
- Stress management and ability to perform well under pressure.
- Fluency in both English and Tagalog is an advantage, especially for local accounts.
- Willingness to work on-site in Metro Manila.
