About the role
We are looking for a qualified Safety Officer to implement the company's Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) programs, ensure workplace safety, and maintain compliance with applicable regulations. The candidate must also have first aid training and be capable of providing first aid assistance during workplace emergencies.
Key responsibilities
Implement and monitor the company's OSH and SHE programs.
Conduct workplace safety inspections and risk assessments.
Ensure compliance with safety rules, PPE requirements, and company policies.
Investigate workplace accidents and incidents and prepare reports.
Conduct safety orientations and employee training.
Provide first aid assistance during workplace emergencies.
Coordinate emergency response activities, fire drills, and evacuation procedures.
Monitor first aid supplies and emergency equipment.
Maintain safety records and regulatory documents.
Assist during government inspections and safety audits.
About you
Must have appropriate DOLE-accredited Safety Officer training.
Must have valid First Aid Training certification.
Knowledgeable in workplace safety, hazard identification, and risk assessment.
Knowledge of emergency response and fire safety procedures.
Experience in manufacturing or industrial safety is an advantage.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Willing to work onsite in Poblacion, Pulilan, Bulacan.
