Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities
Lead the technical delivery of IT projects, ensuring completion within agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
Develop project plans, scope, estimates, work schedules, and delivery timelines in collaboration with project managers, analysts, architects, and other technical teams.
Oversee application development, code reviews, deployments, production releases, and technical issue resolution.
Guide technical teams, delegate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to technical standards and architectural requirements.
Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and changes, including escalation and project rescoping when necessary.
Coordinate with business stakeholders, vendors, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Ensure compliance with SDLC, IT governance, security, and production support requirements.
Lead project closure activities, document deliverables and lessons learned, and support knowledge sharing and technical team development.
Analyze system performance and recommend improvements in application design, database interactions, resource utilization, security, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Software Development, or a related field.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in building and delivering technology solutions.
Strong understanding of application development principles, system architecture, database interactions, performance optimization, security, monitoring, and production operations.
Strong technical troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work across different technology stacks and programming languages.
Experience in technical leadership, project planning, task delegation, and coordinating cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with project management frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or PMP-based methodologies.
Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with loan origination or loan management systems is an advantage.
Relevant project management or technical certifications are an advantage.
