Technical Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated Technical Sales Representative to promote and sell medical equipment and pharmaceutical products. The successful candidate will build strong customer relationships, understand clinical and technical needs, and recommend suitable products while meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell assigned medical equipment and pharmaceutical products to hospitals, clinics, laboratories, pharmacies, and other healthcare accounts.
• Identify prospective customers, develop new accounts, and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training for healthcare professionals and other customers.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, sales reports, and account plans.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, product evaluations, and customer requests.
• Coordinate with product, applications, service, and logistics teams to support customer needs.
• Monitor sales performance, market activity, customer feedback, and competitor offerings.
• Participate in product launches, conferences, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
• Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, and sales records.
• Meet assigned sales targets and provide regular updates on progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or a related allied health or science field; candidates with an Electronics Engineering background are also encouraged to apply.
• Experience in technical sales, particularly sales of medical equipment or pharmaceutical products, is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Able to understand technical product information and explain it clearly to customers.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.
• Willing to conduct customer visits and travel as required.
