Key Responsibilities.
- Live Stream Performance: Host regular live streams (e.g., Tuesday to Sunday) to entertain audiences, dance, and interact with followers.
- Content Creation: Create, rehearse, and perform dance routines for short-form, recorded videos.
- Trend Execution: Stay updated with, and participate in, trending challenges, music, and dance routines.
- Engagement: Maintain an energetic, confident, and professional on-camera presence to boost viewer engagement.
- Collaboration & Scheduling: Collaborate with team members, hosts, or content planners and adhere to assigned filming schedules.
- Technical Compliance: Follow platform community guidelines and company policies.
Requirements
- Skills: Strong dance skills and a high level of energy.
- Confidence: Charismatic, outgoing, and comfortable on camera.
- Experience: Often, no prior experience is needed, as training is provided
- Trends: A good understanding of TikTok trends and viral content.
