Site Admin (Luzon projects)

The Site Admin Staff provides support to the Project-in-Charge in the efficient and effective execution of a specific project phase through various administrative tasks.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Facilitates orientation (and re-orientation) of workers about the company’s policies and regulations.
- In-charge in the signing of workers’ contracts and its efficient safekeeping.
- Maintains updated records of workers to include but not limited to latest salary, date hired and complete address.
- Monitors and submits daily manpower report.
- Ensures timely submission to HRD of required attendance sheet of staff and workers, including overtime requests forms.
- Facilitates distribution of payroll.
- Reports to the Human Resource Department all erring staff/workers for appropriate disciplinary sanctions.
- Assist the workers in the completion of employment requirements (e.g. medical certificate, NBI clearance and government-mandated registration numbers).
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of BS Management/Office Management or related field.
- Preferably with experience in office works.
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Good communication skills
- With good organizational and time-management skills
- A team player.
WILLING TO RELOCATE TO DIFFERENT PROJECT LOCATIONS ACROSS LUZON.
