About the Role
We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team at the Tarlac Production Site. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency, safety, and reliability of our production equipment and processes.
Key Responsibilities
· Design, develop, and maintain mechanical systems and production equipment.
· Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production efficiency.
· Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
· Provide technical support and troubleshooting for mechanical issues.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (licensed engineer preferred).
· At least 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
· Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, maintenance practices, and safety standards.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
