Med Info Spec I (Hybrid & Night Shift)

Medical Information Specialist I position supporting clinical research at Thermo Fisher Scientific. The role involves responding to technical and medical inquiries, processing adverse events and product complaints, and maintaining regulatory compliance in a hybrid, night-shift environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer technical and medical inquiries via phone, email, internet, or mail regarding pharmaceutical or device products
- Identify, record, and triage adverse events and product complaints per organizational and regulatory guidelines
- Analyze inquiries, document interactions in databases, and provide follow-up support as needed
- Research medical literature and collaborate with internal and external contacts to resolve complex questions
- Maintain current knowledge of project policies, SOPs, protocols, GCP standards, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or healthcare-related field, preferably pharmacy or nursing
- 0-2 years comparable experience; fresh graduates welcome
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficient computer and keyboarding skills
- Ability to interpret complex medical and technical information
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively under pressure
