Product Specialist (Retail Sales)

- Assist customers in finding their desired products and provide excellent customer service.
- Handle cash register operations including transactions, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and product displays.
- Participate in inventory management and restocking of merchandise.
- Promote sales and special offers to enhance customer shopping experience.
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of retail experience preferred
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Qualities and Traits: Customer-oriented and friendly demeanor
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Working Conditions: Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
