- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability to meet customer demand.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand market trends and customer preferences.
- Utilize visual merchandising techniques to enhance product display and store aesthetics.
- Conduct regular quality checks to maintain product standards and presentation.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0-2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Quality Management, Inventory Management, Strategic Planning
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to execute merchandising plans effectively
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Working Conditions: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
