WE’RE HIRING: Assistant Production Supervisor
Location: Daiichi Industrial Park, Maguyam Rd., Silang, Cavite
Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: Negotiable (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production operations and ensure targets are met
- Implement and monitor lean manufacturing practices and safety protocols
- Coordinate with teams to optimize workflow and resolve production issues
- Maintain accurate production records and reports
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years in manufacturing or production, with supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of production processes, lean manufacturing, and safety standards
- Proficient in MS Office; familiar with ERP or production management systems
