Quantity Surveyor

We’re looking for a Quantity Surveyor with Revit experience to support luxury villa construction projects in the Caribbean.
This is a measurement role first, Revit second.
Key responsibilities:
Produce BOQs and quantity takeoffs from 2D drawings in Excel
Prepare material takeoffs, waste allowances and order quantities
Build LOD 300 architectural, structural and site models in Revit
Reconcile Revit quantities with measurement requirements
Handle preliminaries, provisional sums and deemed-included items
Maintain rate libraries and assist with estimating
Requirements:
Hands-on BOQ/quantity measurement experience to any recognized standard
Able to build Revit models from 2D drawings—not just edit existing models
Strong Excel skills
Comfortable with metric and US/imperial units
Clear written English
Available for one weekly call at 6:30 PM IST / 9:00 PM Philippine Time
NRM2 experience is a plus, but training will be provided if you have worked to another recognized standard.
Important: Applicants will be asked to show a Revit model they personally built and a bill/measurement they personally produced.
