- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- Experience Level: 5 to 10 years’ experience in quantity surveying and project management.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in cost estimation, budgeting, and project scheduling software.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional site visits.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
