Sales Associate (Wine Industry)

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals who are passionate about wine to join our team as Sales Associate . Whether you're a fresh graduate or starting your career, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your sales, hospitality, and wine expertise while working in a dynamic and growing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with retail, corporate, and HORECA clients while identifying opportunities to grow the business.
- Present and promote wine products to prospective and existing customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including wine recommendations and product education.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the wine portfolio and communicate product features and stories effectively.
- Assist in the daily operations of the wine bar and ensure a positive guest experience.
- Coordinate with the Sales Admin and Key Accounts Team regarding billing, invoicing, and sales documentation.
- Consolidate daily sales reports and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Ensure sales invoices, charges, payments, and cash transactions are processed accurately.
- Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate with relevant departments to address client needs.
- Prepare and submit required sales and activity reports on schedule.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
- Willing to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
