About the role
We're looking for an Operations Manager to oversee our appliance inventory, warehouse operations, logistics, delivery, installation, and service activities. If you excel at leading teams, optimizing processes, controlling costs, and solving operational challenges, this could be your next career opportunity.
Key responsibilities
Oversee daily operations covering inventory, warehousing, logistics, delivery, and installation services.
Lead and develop warehouse, service, and operations teams to achieve performance targets.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement teams and suppliers to maintain stock availability.
Ensure timely and efficient appliance deliveries and installations.
Improve operational processes to increase productivity, efficiency, and service quality.
Ensure compliance with company policies and workplace safety standards.
Resolve escalated customer concerns involving delivery, installation, and service.
Monitor operational KPIs, analyze performance, and prepare management reports.
Manage operational budgets and identify opportunities to reduce unnecessary costs.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, Procurement, and other stakeholders to align operational priorities.
About you
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in operations or logistics management, preferably in appliances, retail, or consumer electronics.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of inventory management systems and supply chain operations.
Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP or inventory management software.
Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and drive operational results.
