Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Order-to-Cash (O2C) Trainer to support training and development initiatives for a BFSI account. The ideal candidate should have hands-on O2C process experience, strong facilitation skills, and the ability to deliver effective training programs that help employees understand process workflows, operational standards, and performance expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations and training activities.

• Explain O2C workflows, procedures, policies, and process requirements clearly.

• Develop and maintain training materials, presentations, process guides, and job aids.

• Conduct knowledge assessments, practical exercises, and training evaluations.

• Monitor trainee performance and provide coaching and feedback to address knowledge gaps.

• Collaborate with Operations, Quality Assurance, and other stakeholders to identify training needs and improve performance.

• Update training materials in line with process changes and operational requirements.

• Communicate effectively with internal and global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant BPO work experience.

• Mandatory hands-on experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

• Experience in shared services, BPO, Global Capability Centers (GCCs), or captive operations is preferred.

• Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, and coaching skills.

• Experience developing and delivering O2C training programs is an advantage.

• Background in BFSI or financial services operations is preferred.

• Experience supporting international teams or global clients is an advantage.

• Willingness to work onsite in Alabang on a night shift, including possible weekend schedules.
