- Work Location: Clark, Pampanga (Strictly Onsite)
- Work Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Must be willing to work overtime when needed)
- Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire
- Salary Range: ₱60,000 and above
- Negotiability: Highly negotiable depending on your skills, leadership background, and professional experience
- Oversee and manage the full cycle of HR operations (Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Compensation & Benefits).
- Ensure strict compliance with Philippine Labor Laws and company policies.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organization.
- Proven working experience as an HR Manager
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
