Description
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee relations and address any HR-related issues.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate compensation and benefits administration.
- Facilitate recruitment efforts, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in HR
- Skills and Competencies: Employee Relations, Payroll, Compensation and Benefits
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent Communication Skills, Recruitment Specialist
