Operations Officer

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and shipping companies regarding deliveries and shipment schedules.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments and ensure proper documentation.
- Supervise warehouse personnel and oversee daily warehouse operations.
- Ensure proper receiving, storage, and release of materials and equipment.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
- Conduct periodic inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Coordinate with Procurement and Technical teams regarding material requirements.
- Prepare operational reports related to logistics and warehouse activities.
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and company policies.
- Serve as System Administrator for operational transactions and basic system support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or related field .
- At least 2–4 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehouse, or operations management.
- Experience in SAP or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications .
- Ability to supervise personnel and manage operational processes.
