Operation Officer (Makati / Alabang / Quezon City)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Oversee daily operational activities and ensure smooth execution of automotive

service workflows.

● Monitor job orders, service schedules, and task assignments to ensure timely

completion and efficient resource utilization.

● Coordinate manpower allocation and workflow sequencing to prevent delays and

operational bottlenecks.

● Conduct regular floor monitoring to ensure service quality, productivity, and

adherence to operational standards.

● Identify and resolve operational issues, escalating concerns to the Operations

Head when necessary.

● Coordinate closely with sales, installation, detailing, inventory, and administrative

teams to ensure seamless workflow integration.

● Align operational execution with sales commitments, customer schedules, and

service expectations.

● Provide operational input for planning, scheduling, and process improvements.

● Promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the

operations department and across departments.

● Ensure accurate preparation and maintenance of job orders, operational logs,

schedules, and service reports.

QUALIFICATIONS:

● Bachelor’s Degree graduate in Business Administration, Marketing

Management, Automotive Management, Entrepreneurship, Communications,

or any related business or sales-focused course.

● At least 2–5 years of relevant experience in sales management, process

coordination, service operations, or project execution.

● Experience in handling operation teams within the automotive protection,

detailing, window tint, PPF, vinyl wrap, or aftermarket industry is an advantage.
