Sitel Tarlac was established in 2015 with only one campaign. 4 years after, we now have 8 campaigns and in 2019 we are to launch our 3rd site in Tarlac.

Job Summary
Sitel is looking for passionate customer service associates who can live and breathe our core values.
We’ll also need you to know your way around a computer and be comfortable supporting customers through phone, online chat, or email.
Customers rely on you to answer their questions, address their concerns, and help them with a particular product or service.

Primary Job Responsibilities
Put that smile on our customers’ face.
WOW Customers over the phone, online chat, or email.
