About the Role
We are seeking a Industrial Engineer to join our growing team at the Tarlac Production Site. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing production processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring smooth operations across the facility.
Key Responsibilities
· Analyze and improve production workflows to maximize efficiency.
· Develop and implement process improvement initiatives.
· Monitor and evaluate production performance metrics.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve operational challenges.
· Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (licensed engineer preferred).
· 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing or production operations.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Knowledge of lean manufacturing, process optimization, and quality systems.
· Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
