A Japanese manufacturing company that established their Philippine Branch since 2015. They manufacture part and home appliances that are made with high quality metals and electronics.
Position: Purchasing Assistant Supervisor
Industry: Manufacturing Company
Location: Calamba, laguna
Salary: Php15,000 – Php 20,000
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Work Set up: Onsite

Job Requirements:
- bachelors degree in business Administration and any related course.
- With at least 3-4 years of experience in purchasing, import and export
- With experience working in manufacturing company
- Amenable to attend face to face interview
- Can start as soon as possible is a big plus.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support in company for planning and managing procurement strategies.
- Review and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
- Evaluate supplier performance and assist in maintaining vendor relationships.
- Monthly Inventory
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse staff to avoid shortages or overstock.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and ensure timely updates in procurement systems.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and delays.
