Job Title: Software Tester
Location: Daraga, Albay
A Software Tester is responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of software applications by identifying defects and verifying that the software meets the required standards and user expectations.
Test Planning and Execution:
- Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on software requirements and specifications.
- Conduct manual and automated testing across different software platforms.
Defect Identification and Reporting:
- Identify, log, and track software defects using defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
- Work closely with developers to reproduce and resolve defects.
Performance and Usability Testing:
- Perform load, stress, and performance testing to evaluate software behavior under various conditions.
- Test software for usability, ensuring it meets user needs and provides a good user experience.

- -Trustworthy and with pleasing personality
- -18 years old and above
- -High School Graduate, ALS ,Senior/Junior High or HIGHER
- -With experience is a plus or w/o experience as long as willing to be trained
- -Can work shifting schedule, flexible hours including weekends or holiday
- -Physically fit
- -With valid original barangay and police clearance
- -Good with customer service is an edge
- -Detail-oriented, and good with customers
