- We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Buyer to source, negotiate, and procure high-quality products that align with our business goals. The Buyer will analyze market trends, manage vendor relationships, and ensure optimal stock levels while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Product Selection & Procurement: Identify, evaluate, and purchase products that align with company needs and customer demand.
- Vendor Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Cost & Budget Management: Monitor budgets, negotiate pricing, and secure the best deals to maintain profitability.
- Market & Trend Analysis: Research market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to make informed buying decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Fashion Merchandising (for fashion buyers), or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or a related role.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze data, forecast trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
