- Hiring
- An Inventory Clerk is responsible for tracking and managing a company’s stock of products, supplies, or materials.
- Their main duties include maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring stock levels meet business needs, and assisting with order management.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock or materials
- Track and update inventory records using manual logs or software systems
- Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies
- Organize and label inventory for easy identification and access
- Assist in placing orders to replenish stock as needed
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse staff, and other departments
- Prepare inventory reports for management
- Follow safety and organizational procedures to maintain a clean storage area
- Trustworthy and with pleasing personality
- High School Graduate, ALS ,Senior/Junior High or HIGHER
- With experience is a plus or w/o experience as long as willing to be trained
- Can work shifting schedule, flexible hours including weekends or holiday
- Physically fit
- With valid original barangay and police clearance
- Good with customer service is an edge
- Detail-oriented, and good with customers
