In this role, you will take on a key responsibility in ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time. You will own the daily end-to-end execution of customer orders, from preparing and validating order files through system upload, fulfillment release, and final confirmation. The role combines order management, logistics coordination, operational reporting, and data analysis. The ideal candidate is highly analytical and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on data accuracy and operational excellence. They will manage daily exceptions, investigate discrepancies, proactively identify operational risks and improvement opportunities, and translate data-driven insights into effective actions, contributing to our ongoing efforts to drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do

• Coordinate daily order processing and fulfillment , ensuring customer orders are handled accurately and within established timelines.
• Review, validate, and maintain order data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and alignment with operational requirements.
• Manage order updates, inventory exceptions, and fulfillment changes , ensuring issues are accurately documented and resolved in a timely manner.
• Analyze operational data to identify discrepancies, recurring issues, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Maintain accurate operational trackers and reports , providing clear and actionable summaries to support team visibility and decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to investigate and resolve order, inventory, and fulfillment-related issues.
• Monitor order progress and operational deadlines , proactively identifying potential delays or risks and taking appropriate action.
• Communicate risks, delays, discrepancies, and unresolved issues clearly and proactively to relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation , including trackers, procedures, and other operational resources.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational accuracy, efficiency, and automation , leveraging data and process insights to support continuous improvement.
• Support data-driven and operational projects as needed, contributing to broader team initiatives and business objectives.

What you’ll bring

• With 2 years professional experience in fulfillment, logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, data operations, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills , with the ability to assess data, identify trends and discrepancies, and develop effective solutions.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets , including lookups, pivot tables, formulas, data validation, and the management of large datasets.

• Strong data interpretation skills , with the ability to review information, identify anomalies, and translate findings into actionable insights.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail , particularly when managing data and operational processes.

• Ability to manage time-sensitive and repetitive processes while maintaining a high level of accuracy and consistency.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills , with a proactive approach to sharing updates, raising concerns, and collaborating with stakeholders.

• Strong investigative and follow-through skills , with the ability to identify discrepancies, determine root causes, and drive issues through to resolution.

• Adaptability and willingness to learn , with the ability to quickly understand and navigate new tools, systems, and processes.

• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams and broader business stakeholders.

• Customer-focused mindset , with a strong commitment to operational accuracy, service quality, and continuous improvement.

• Experience with reporting tools, data visualization, basic SQL, automation, or third-party fulfillment partners is considered an advantage.
