Logistics Assistant

We are looking for a results-driven Logistics Assistant to join our growing team!
As the Company’s Logistics Assistant, you are responsible for:
· Encoding of returned invoices from the customers
· Ensures accurate and updated encoding of data in the system
· Filing of purchase order and gate pass
· Checking and completeness of documents such as sales invoice, DR and job order
· Monitoring of service units for repair or recondition
· Checking of buy-out items scheduled for delivery
· Perform other related tasks as needed
As the company’s Logistic Assistant, you must be:
· Graduate of any Business Course
· Experience in the same field is an advantage but not required
· Fresh graduates are welcome
· Knowledgeable in using MS Office such as Word, Excel and the like
