Description - Coordinate and manage the daily operations of the fleet, ensuring optimal usage of vehicles.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, schedules, and repairs.
- Monitor vehicle performance and address any mechanical issues promptly.
- Collaborate with drivers to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management strategies to reduce costs.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in fleet coordination or logistics.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and vendors.
