Logistics Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

I. Dispatch Planning & Execution

· Prepare and issue daily delivery schedules

· Ensure completeness and accuracy of dispatch details

· Align dispatch with shipment readiness

II. Control Over Trucking Execution

· Send dispatch instructions to trucking providers

· Monitor truck movement, arrival, and delivery completion

· Ensure compliance with assigned schedules and routes

· Report and escalate any deviation immediately

III. Shipment Monitoring

· Track all deliveries from port to consignee

· Provide timely updates to clients and internal teams

· Secure and record proof of delivery (POD)

IV. Empty Container Return Monitoring

· Track deadline for empty/fr container returns

· Coordinate and instruct trucking on return schedules

· Ensure returns are completed within free time

V. Coordination with Brokerage

· Confirm clearance status prior to dispatch

· Ensure documents are complete and ready

VI. Documentation & Reporting

· Maintain accurate records of deliveries and container status

· Prepare daily monitoring and status reports

VII. Issue Handling

· Identify delays, issues, or non-compliance

· Coordinate corrective actions with trucking

· Escalate major concerns to the Supervisor

Qualifications:

· Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Customs Administration

· With related work experience of 1 to 3 years
