Job Requirements - At least Senior High School Graduate; College Graduate is an advantage
- With experience as a Shift Supervisor or in a supervisory role
- Experience in food service, retail, or similar operations is an advantage
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Organized, responsible, and able to multitask
- Able to handle customer concerns and resolve operational issues
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
- Willing to be assigned in Manggahan, Pasig City
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage staff during assigned shifts
- Assign tasks and monitor employee performance
- Ensure smooth daily store operations
- Assist customers and handle complaints professionally
- Monitor product quality, cleanliness, and service standards
- Ensure proper cash handling and inventory procedures
- Monitor staff attendance and shift schedules
- Train and guide team members when needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures
- Prepare and submit shift reports to management
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or manager
