Sales Strategy and Execution
- Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and objectives.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and quotas through proactive client engagement and sales activities.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain string relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and providing personalized solutions.
- Develop strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty, ensuring long-term relationships with clients.
- Manage a portfolio of high-value clients, providing ongoing support and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
Sales Presentation and Negotiation
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Create detailed sales proposals and quotes tailored to client’s specific needs and requirements.
Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management, providing insights into sales performance and pipeline.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills, effective team player.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, may include shift work.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication, leadership abilities, and a proactive approach.
