Customer Support Representative - Travel Agent

Job Description We are hiring Travel Customer Service Representatives to assist clients with flight, hotel, and travel inquiries. Ensure smooth bookings and provide accurate information to deliver excellent customer experiences. Responsibilities: Handle travel-related inquiries via phone, email, or chat Assist clients with bookings, modifications, or cancellations Provide accurate information on travel options, schedules, and promotions Record all interactions and maintain up-to-date documentation Escalate complex cases to supervisors Meet service quality and customer satisfaction goals Schedule & Training: Rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays Paid training on travel systems and company procedures Requirements: High School or Senior High School graduate (College preferred) Excellent English communication and attention to detail Customer-focused with problem-solving skills Basic computer knowledge and multitasking ability Onsite availability in Metro Manila Why Join Us Competitive compensation and incentives Exposure to travel accounts and professional development Supportive team culture and mentorship opportunities
