Chat Support - BPO Agent - Retail Account

• Assist customers with hotel bookings, cancellations, and special requests via live chat
• Provide accurate information about hotel details, policies, and availability
• Ensure smooth and efficient support with a friendly and professional tone

• No previous experience required—training provided!
• Strong written English and reading comprehension skills
• Basic computer knowledge and fast typing (at least 35–40 WPM preferred)
