Sales Operations Management Trainee

We’re looking for an aspiring leader who wants to learn the ropes of sales, operations, and franchise management — and grow into a key role within Pares Retiro and The Sandwich Guy network.

What You’ll Do:
- Assist in identifying and qualifying potential franchise partners
- Learn how to present and promote franchise model
- Support store openings and help coordinate site setup requirements
- Monitor branch performance and ensure consistent operational standards
- Collaborate with Commissary, HR, and Marketing teams for branch support
- Analyze sales performance and contribute ideas for growth
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, operations, or customer service (fresh grads are welcome!)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Willing to travel and work on-field for store and franchise support
- Motivated, organized, and ready to grow into an operations leader
