Description - Provide exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist in training new team members on customer service protocols.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 1–3 years in customer service
- Skills and Competencies: Fluency in Spanish and English, strong communication skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain professionalism under pressure
- Working Conditions: Typical office environment, may require flexible hours
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented approach
