OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH & SAFETY NURSE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Your days will be diverse, impactful, and split across three core areas:

1. Employee Health & Clinical Nursing

Provide immediate first aid and basic nursing care to employees.

Confidently perform IV Therapy (IVT) procedures (insertion, monitoring, and discontinuation).

Manage confidential employee medical records, health clearances, and fit-to-work documents.

Track inventory for medical supplies, medicines, and clinic equipment.

Spearhead and support exciting employee health and wellness initiatives.

2. Occupational Health & Safety (OHS)

Assist in implementing workplace safety programs and conducting health inspections.

Identify potential workplace hazards and report health/safety concerns.

Collaborate closely with HR and the designated Safety Officer to maintain excellent sanitation and health standards.

Ensure compliance with all applicable occupational health and safety requirements.

3. Administrative & Front-Office Support

Welcome employees, visitors, applicants, and guests in a professional, warm manner.

Handle basic reception duties, phone calls, inquiries, and delivery coordination.

Manage routine documentation (filing, data entry, scanning, photocopying).

Provide basic administrative support to the HR department as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Active PRC Registered Nurse License.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Company Nurse, Occupational Health Nurse, or in a related nursing role.
• At least 1 year of hands-on IV Therapy experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
• Absolute ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive health data.
• Eager to perform both clinical nursing and administrative front-office tasks.
• Advantages & Ideal Traits:
• Active IV Therapy (IVT) Certification is highly preferred.
• BOSH Certification is a major plus!
• Confident, independent, professional, and easily approachable.

Location: Makati City (Fully On-site)

Work Schedule: Standard shifts are Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) and Saturday half-day (8:00 AM – 12:00 NN).

Flexibility: Enjoy a Compressed Work Week up to 2x a week (subject to approval), giving you Saturdays OFF! (Mon-Thu: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Fri: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
